the last 2 times i went my order was incorrect. first time i ordered a sundae and only received whipped cream on top with no other toppings. second time i ordered a chocolate cappy blast with monster cookie ice cream, and there was no coffee or chocolate syrup in it. this location lacks good management and training.
Other location was renovating so went here I went for 2 scoop sundae I got kiddiesized scoops it was barely visible I didn't want to cause a scene but you don't get your money's worth here they don't understand portion size save your money
Worst place. I placed an order for 2 scope of ice cream through Drive-Thrru it took them 10 mins at Drive-Thru, no one was in front of me at Drive-Thru, Drive-Thru is always a priority and this location is not busy at all. Worst Place!! And manager at this location is rude. Who ever own this franchise should take notice and train your staff.
Very poor service, somehow even with an order number they can’t find the preordered cake. Do what the employees suggest and find a different store
Ordered the cake 5 days ago and went to pick it up for them to tell me they don’t have it and can’t make it. Nevermind the birthday party in about 30 minutes. I asked her what I’m supposed to do know and she suggested I try a different store.
