Ice cream is good as always. the issue is with local store staff and policies. I always get a mixed shake with 2 flavors, something even advertised by BR as far back as 2019. On this visit, I was told by store employees they can not mix flavors on milkshakes. Don't know if it's just this franchise location doing this, but if it's nationwide, it is a real disappointment. Will have to check other locations and see, maybe even reach out to corporate and see if this policy is real
No non dairy ice cream SAD
The workers here rude and hung up on me before I even finished talking never ordering from here again.
Poor service. They refused to give me milkshakes with two different flavors. Not coming to this location again
