Really disappointed as I walked in at 8:40pm, 20 minutes before they closed and they told me that baskin Robbin’s was closed after I informed them I just wanted a scoop of ice cream. I understand if I came 5 minutes before closing but really, this was 20 minutes and a scoop of ice cream? That’s not much to do. They weren’t rude about it but change your hours on your website and google if you don’t want to serve customers when you’re actually open.
Just came in during business hours Sunday the 7th of September, 8:45 PM. The two employees refused to serve me. Told me they close in 14 minutes and they won’t serve me.
No, no and no! Overheard a bad convo with a customer & associate (since I was waiting) about his ice cream cake. That was to be taken as a bad sign & I should have left. The place was dirty with trash on the tables; the worst part was, that it was summer time & they had no waffle cones. What ice cream spot runs out of waffle cones mid-summer?? It's no for me, dawg!!

I’m not sure why this place has so many bad reviews but I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were very courteous and respectful! The quality and quality was comparable to any other BR I have been to.
