Came in at 8:20 when they are suppose to close at 9 and they had everything cleaned and put always couldn’t make any drinks
I had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences at this Baskin-Robbins location. I visited with my family of six, and from the beginning, Maria seemed annoyed whenever we asked to sample a flavor. She repeatedly made unpleasant facial expressions that made us feel like we were inconveniencing her just by trying to decide what to order.
