Drove 15 minutes to find out that they don’t sell pralines and creams ice cream
Very bad service at that location. Every year I order cake for thanksgiving here and second year in a row there is a problem with the order. I am waiting for 40 min so they can bring cake to this location, I already paid for it over $60. Manager is not even in the store, they call her on her cell to help. Crazy!
I feel sorry for the Baskin Robbins owners. I used to love Baskin-Robbins, The problem is now the ice cream or coffee or food. The problems are the employees they are lazy. They don’t work and they have bad attitude. They don’t want to get the job done.
The ice cream was gross. Tasted like freezer burn. I asked for a waffle cone and they gave me the cheap one instead. Not the waffle cone.
