The worst place ever the staff are rude and not professional at all I was charged for ice cream from the app and they refused to give me anything as they don’t have the flavor not even replacing with different one I don’t recommend anyone to use this location
Ordered a birthday cake and when I showed up they didn’t have it and called managers to see if it was at another store and no one had any idea about the order ): got refunded in cash too when I paid on card which was weird.
Would give it a zero if i could was told they couldn’t scoop the ice cream
Cashier was professional, informed me of the current specials, and the store was clean/organized.
Drove 15 minutes to find out that they don’t sell pralines and creams ice cream
