Overall I love the cake . Cute and tasty but customer service was a bit weird . I get there , a customer is being served so I wait by the pick up area since I placed an order two days ago . After the customer is served I’m expecting to go next since I was technically second , but he goes and try to serve other people in the other line that were placing an order on site . I was here yesterday, I went to Baskin Robbin’s, ice cream puts a smile on anyone’s face! Except the guy who was working that day 3/11 around 4pm ruined my entire experience. Terrible customer service, completely and totally desensitized. Almost everywhere I go lately, customer service is poor. The number one thing I learned when I started working at age 15 was to always leave your problems, or whatever is bothering you at the door— Take that advice. I stopped by Baskin-Robbins for a quick dessert and it was a nice treat. The shop had a lot of ice cream flavors to choose from, so it was hard to pick just one. The ice cream was creamy and the staff were friendly. It’s always a reliable place when you’re craving something sweet.
