I will never give this place business again. I ordered a cake for pick up and when we arrived we were told that the cake was ready at another location because they didn't have someone to drop it off to them, so we were told we had to go pick it up at another location. No courtesy of even a phone call to us to let us know of their issue. Super unprofessional. *edited to add the photo of the cake once we retrieved it. Lopsided... the cherry on top to the whole ordeal.
Very bad and terrible service from the soft-spoken gentleman who serves, he wastes a lot of time, and doesn't respect the people waiting for deliveries, he doesn't know how to do his job well, and he makes fun of people, I think he should have more respect for people.
Both workers were very friendly. Unfortunately, no one spoke English well enough to answer my question.
Great service tonight! I just came in with my family and there was an employee by himself for the entire store. He still managed to be fast and helpful. The store manager should consider staffing it better. Kuddos to the employee.
