Great place to get ice cream. The gentlemen who served me was great and was very welcoming.
I walked into buying ice cream and they turned me away because they are only accepting cash! "The machine is not working" - unacceptable excuse in 2026 not to have any redundancies. They simply cannot be serving people the way they were in the 20th century
The manager aggressively pressured me to buy after trying "one too many" samples (all served by employees). This made me feel like customer experience is not prioritized here. I will not return again. I probably won't return to any Baskin Robbins again. Owner Amanda Johnson refused to offer a verbal apology for the experience.
Great customer service and love the ice cream the ice cream cake was a hit for my sisters bday
