I went in for a quart hand pack ice cream that cost me 14 dollars which is fine but when I got home and opened it it was not packed but has big gaps on the sides all around it🤬 very sad!
Do NOT order an ice cream cake from this place. They said they couldn’t take an order over the phone (??) and the online ordering was not cooperating for me, so I drove all the way out to Vista from another city just to place the order for my son’s birthday cake. They charged me twice on a $50 transaction. I called to follow up for weeks. The employees kept saying the owner is reviewing. They never called me back and kept my $50. They charged me $100 for a $50 cake. Ridiculous.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Baskin-Robbins location. When I entered the store, one employee was working on a cake while no one was available at the counter. I waited approximately 5–10 minutes before another employee finally came out to assist me. I clearly ordered one cup with two scoops: Cookies & Cream on the bottom and another flavor on top.
