Do NOT order an ice cream cake from this place. They said they couldn’t take an order over the phone (??) and the online ordering was not cooperating for me, so I drove all the way out to Vista from another city just to place the order for my son’s birthday cake. They charged me twice on a $50 transaction. I called to follow up for weeks. The employees kept saying the owner is reviewing. They never called me back and kept my $50. They charged me $100 for a $50 cake. Ridiculous.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Baskin-Robbins location. When I entered the store, one employee was working on a cake while no one was available at the counter. My family and I have been regular customers at this Baskin-Robbins for years. As locals, it’s one of our favorite places to stop for ice cream, whether it’s for an everyday treat or to celebrate special occasions.
