I messed up on the date of my order and the team was great with making recommendations to get me something that would best match what I initially ordered to get what I needed in time. I appreciated the communication, options and grace.

Here are my last THREE trips to what used to be my favorite ice cream for many years. First they were out of hot fudge, 2nd time no whip cream both of which was a little annoying. However, this last trip was the WORST I asked the lady behind the counter if she had those two items before I ordered and was excited she said yes! I came to the BR at this location on Saturday evening at 9:15 PM. It says it’s open until 10. As I walk in the lady working is putting away half of the ice cream from the display cases. I asked her if they were open. She said yes. I asked her if they have Chocolate Chip? Yes says no. I look at the menu on the app for this location and it clearly says you do have it. I am guessing that she put it away and doesn’t want to get it back out. I would give you no stars if I could.
