Vile, condescending, repulsive staff. Kept entire line of customers waiting. Under scooped the ice cream to the point that it did not fill the cup, when asked politely about it, the employee condescendingly indicated that it was enough before referencing “corporate” (which was probably the longest word that the employee seemed capable of using, considering for how long she has worked at this ice cream counter). Went to this location in Chapel Hill Mall on 8/6/25. Stood around for 20 minutes waiting for the server to show back up. I asked the jeweler right next door if they were closed and she said no, said it was a lady working there. Person should have left a sign saying when she would return so I could decide if I wanted to wait. Complete waste of my time. Store is suppose to be open until 8pm. Food was left out and a cart of supplies was in the middle of the store. I left her a note, hopefully she’ll be more courteous next time ... read more
