I wish I could give a zero. Im a grubhub delivery driver. Traveled 10 mins to get order. I walk in and they dont have ANY OF THE FLAVORS ON ORDER except strawberry. Grubhub says they call call them directly to change flavors or do on the same tablet they accept orders on. The worker says the manager refuses to change the flavors. And try myself in the am. This is very unprofessional. You all have disappointed the customer and me as well since you wasted my time and I can't make any money off this order. Do better.
Worst customer service. Yearly I order an ice cream cake from Baskin-Robbins for my Dad on Father's Day. I usually order from a store closer to my parents' house but this year I ordered from one closer to me -- big mistake. When I arrived to pick up the cake, the lone employee behind the counter was on his cell phone and continued to talk on his cell while staring in my face. Do not recommend. Items consistently unavailable. Communication stern and unhelpful.
Ice cream was melted, compressor was going in the freezer and was loud! Place was falling apart.
