Walked in at 9:50pm and they don’t close until 10 and was ignored by the lady working there for about 10 minutes. Please get better employees!
Literally not a single other person in there and was completely ignore for several minutes. All the worker was doing was making more waffle cones and couldn’t even acknowledge me to let me know how long she would be. Looked at me and everything. I walked out.
I’ve been here twice, and both experiences were disappointing due to inconsistency. I specifically asked for less syrup so the drinks wouldn’t be overly sweet, yet each time I was given a different response, as if the staff isn’t properly trained on how to make the drinks.
