Literally not a single other person in there and was completely ignore for several minutes. All the worker was doing was making more waffle cones and couldn’t even acknowledge me to let me know how long she would be. Looked at me and everything. I walked out.

I’ve been here twice, and both experiences were disappointing due to inconsistency. I specifically asked for less syrup so the drinks wouldn’t be overly sweet, yet each time I was given a different response, as if the staff isn’t properly trained on how to make the drinks. Not only did the drinks taste different each visit, but they also looked different. On my second visit, the drink was practically undrinkable because the ice wasn’t even properly crushed. Rude employees right now at post. Disgusting atmosphere, dirty, with letters of marketing signage gone. Placards of which flavor don't match like others so didn't get correct shake. Girl puts hair up and doesn't wash hands before making and gives skake overfilling. Also, if you're going to have still donuts throw them out and make new ones.
