Staff is rude as hell. Asked the young lady (Young white girl brown hair) a simple question "When did you all stop carrying Mint Chocolate Chip" her response "We ain't got it no more pull up to the benches". If you dont want to be out work then call out, dont take it out on the customers.
It was horrible I ordered the banana split and it was literally just three scoops of ice cream in a bowl and a banana in broke in half stuck into the ice cream. The one girl was so rude and had no personality whatsoever and she basically throw the ice cream at me it. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

We went in to get some ice cream, they only had 1 of the two freezer cases open as flavor options. We came in at 4 and it shows they close at 8. The girl told us when we first came in they could not do smoothies or milkshakes. She walked away from us and we had to stand there for a while before she came back to take our order. I suspect she just didn’t want to take the time to do it. The BR’s around here are terrible and lack customer service.
Do not order an ice cream cake here. You have to order online and then when you go to pick it up they have not even made it. I was told the person who makes the cakes does this on a regular basis.
