I selected all my items for Birthday online then at payment spoons swirled around processing but it wasn’t able to complete order and I started over again. They don’t have a box online to designate Uber, Lyft, Door Dash, et cetera to pick up Birthday cakes or items not listed on other apps. Everything on the online should be displayed on the mobile ordering menu to streamline orders. We have errands to run and some people are out of town who want to be supportive of special occasions like birthdays or events.
This place is clean. Quick service. Not too crowded.
Arrived at 8:45pm, sign says “open” and the door says open until 9pm….all the lights are on but the doors are locked, workers are inside but won’t look at me. Went thru the drive thru, all the lights are on that sign but no one will talk in the intercom, so I drove to the window to ask if they closed earlier…the employee flipped the lights off and turned his back. Thanks for nothing.
Yeah, no! This place is right by the interstate, and we walked in to find a sign on the bathroom door that basically said, "Restrooms for paying customers only." You don't see Starbucks alienating customers right off the bat. So then we ordered something and asked the employee (who begrudginly granted us access to the bathroom, which in my hometown is already unlocked and without a tacky note) for the key, was attached to a giant stick. Showed up with 2 kids 10 minutes before closing time only to run into locked doors. Saw folks getting ice cream in the drive thru so hopped back in the car and then no one answered us. Pulled up to the window and they avoided us and then just hollered “We’re closed!” At least 2 other cars were also looking for ice cream and were turned away. All around terrible experience.
