Terrible experience. Brought my kids in for ice cream today. The shift manager on duty had the nerve to yell across the store and tell my kids to stop making a noise. The children 1 and 4 were merely tapping their feet. The lack of professionalism and customer service from this establishment is appalling. Don't let your kids enjoy themselves here or you will get yelled at.
I had a great experience at Baskin-Robbins. The ice cream was delicious, with plenty of flavors to choose from, and everything tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. It’s a great place to stop for a sweet treat, whether you’re getting a classic flavor or trying something new.
We got a cake for my sister in laws birthday- it’s was so good and very pretty!! Huge props to their baker Beth for doing such an awesome job!!
3 days in a row was told they didn't have enough time to make waffle cones. Asked when they would have waffle cones again. I didnt get an answer.
