Great service. Yummy ice cream. The crew ladt night was so busy do to hot night. But they handled it well was patient and kind. I appreciated it.
Today, as I write this, I had the experience I never thought I would have. I come into the store like I normally do after work and since I come in often, I have a free scoop reward in the app. I asked her for what I wanted and she told me to hold on. I noticed she was on the phone and it so happened to be the store manager. I was told “I see you in here often and you always have a free scoop”. I ordered online so i did a pick up and i will never come here again my order didn’t even look like my order at all it was like a totally different cake with no effort! Completely two different cakes
