I had a horrible experience here there’s an employee that calls the owner for any little thing. I wanted mine and my bf shakes to be a little extra thick since my drive is a bit away from home. When I ordered I asked for that and the girl said ok. When I took a sip from both they were not thick at all so I went back inside and they wanted to charge me almost $6 extra for it to be thick that is ridiculous! Make your customer service better!
I would give a negative 1 review if I was able to. The customer service here is absolutely horrible. The workers are rude and hang up on customers faces when I asked a simple question for if they have any all ice-cream cakes since my younger sister has egg allergies. I wanted to get her a cake for her birthday so she can feel like a normal girl since she can't have regular cake. They don’t only hang up but also make jokes while i was on the phone.
Workers for the main part are friendly portions are small and it's a bit expensive if they're not serving ice cream they are usually cleaning so that's a good thing establishment inside is usually pretty clean the only thing I don't like is that they have a sign outside their door that says no pets allowed yet people go in there with pets not everybody loves to eat near a dog ,animals I wish they would enforce this rule I personally don't like flying hairs flying all over The Establishment and landing on my ice cream Baskin-... read more
Ordered online through DoorDash & received the wrong order & a crap load of chocolate fudge to top it off !! Fire everyone & start over with fresh employees who actually want to work
Today on march 18th, 2026 around 6:50pn There were two young Hispanic lady’s with the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever seen going into any establishment from rudely rushing me to decide and not fully explaining what I’m buying from yelling at customers behind me that didn’t hear them because kids were being kids these two young lady’s are awful and disgusting and should not be working here they gave off energy as if they didn’t like their position in life or job duties I will not be returning I hope management go over footage wi... read more
