Do not go here if you want to be treated nice. The 2 young ladies that were there acted like we were bothering them. Like God forbid you come in for ice cream. The one that helped us kept rolling her eyes when I asked for 4 scoops of ice cream in cups. I did not appreciate it. The good thing is that a mother and her kid son came in after us and were treated like crap too lol so it wasn't just us. They obviously hate working. Sad
I rushed to get to this store, & they closed at 9pm, unlike 10pm on other stores! 😒
I could go to the original baskin robbins, on sierra and marigold... however I totally prefer the store on underwood. The girls are always polite, friendly, attentive and kind... when talking to customers they don't treat anyone better than anyone else. Everyone matters. The atmosphere is chill. They are soft spoken. The customer service is what makes this store really stand out I can be indecisive and their patience is appreciated. I've never been treated poorly at this location. Really rude lol I called to try and pre order birthday cake Rang forever answered stayed on phone for like 10 seconds didn’t say anything hung up I call back they hang up right away I call again rings forever they answer stay on for another couple seconds hang up What a douche whoever was working this day 11/6 @ 12:55
