I could go to the original baskin robbins, on sierra and marigold... however I totally prefer the store on underwood. The girls are always polite, friendly, attentive and kind... when talking to customers they don't treat anyone better than anyone else. Everyone matters. The atmosphere is chill. They are soft spoken. The customer service is what makes this store really stand out I can be indecisive and their patience is appreciated. I've never been treated poorly at this location. Really rude lol I called to try and pre order birthday cake Rang forever answered stayed on phone for like 10 seconds didn’t say anything hung up I call back they hang up right away I call again rings forever they answer stay on for another couple seconds hang up What a douche whoever was working this day 11/6 @ 12:55
Ordered the vegan cookies and cream and the non vegan, everything arrived non-vegan. Considering how expensive it is, it's insane they can mess up so badly and then offer nothing in compensation. Now I have a bunch of ice cream I can't even eat. This place deserves 0 stars.
