Really not pleased with the ice cream here. Very less flavors available still had the rocky road but was super disappointed with how it was , bland with a bad taste
Advertised flavors not available. Staff does not listen to customer requests. Floor is quite dirty. Employees clearly have contempt for the community; the community should respond in turn by not patronizing the establishment.
I'm only giving two stars because the ice cream cake was good- just not $50 good lol. My local Key Food's Carvel freezer was down, so I was forced to go to BR's. The prices reminded me why I stopped buying ice cream cakes from there.
Not the friendliest store or nicest people. Very rude
