TL;DR: They didn't have what I ordered and, after calling customer care, I had to argue with the manager for a refund. Ordered an cream cone, and got generous scope. Will buy from them again.
I ordered Ice cream on the app and they didnt have quite a few of the flavors I ordered. Rather than calling me and telling me, they gave me whatever flavors they wanted which included rum and raisin and I'm allergic to raisins. When I returned to the store they did not want to correct my order until I informed them of my allergy.
