Not a good place to buy 👎🏽
I don't know why there are so many bad comments about this store and the staffs. I went here a couple times and never had bad experience. The staff was nice and explain the deals for me if I have questions and the ice cream tastes good
If I can give zero stars I would. I go to the store today to get some ice cream, and the store is a Baskin Robbins and Dunkin donuts combo. How they are going to tell me they can not sell the ice cream because they don't have any one on that side. So I said fine I'll get the cream in the fridge and they said I couldn't get those cause they wouldn't be able to scan it but mind you they use the same register for both company . Super upset. Will not be traveling back to this location.
Service is now passable, in that they no longer argue with you when they don't know what to do. And that's saying a lot since they only know how to work the dunkin donuts side and don't even know how to make a hot fudge sundae... they absolutely don't know how to make anything on the menu, or even the basics of scooping ice cream. They roll it so there is a giant air pocket/hole in the middle and they barely give you enough to fill the wrong (undersized) cup.
