I will never come here again. I ordered a cake online and called the location night before pickup to check on the cake and see if it was ready early. The guy on the phone told me yes and I can come get it. When I arrived nobody knew what I was talking about and I hardly felt like they knew what my order was. I would understand if they simply needed more time, and they assured me that I can come by tomorrow to pick it up. Ordered an ice cream pie for a birthday on a Thursday morning , was told it would be ready Saturday at 10 for pick up. Went a little after noon on Saturday and no one knew anything about it . Showed them my order, the confirmation and payment. Everyone just said well no one ever got it . Refunded but cannot express the anger and frustration as it was a special occasion. Never shopping there again , can’t trust them with a special occasion .
Preordered a cake online for my mother in laws birthday. Went to pick it up and they had no clue about it. They offered me a regular premade cake for full price, when at the very least a nice discount should’ve been added since they messed up the cake order to begin with. I took my refund instead of giving them any business because an offer to buy a premade cake, which wasn’t even close to what I had preordered a week ago, is insulting.
