Went with my husband as I made him go with me to get ice cream. We order at the window, pull up. They hand. Him his ice cream and then tell me they don’t have either of two flavors I ordered because it’s too frozen…but that’s why I’m here. They didn’t have one or the other. It was chocolate and gold medal ribbon. I thought you’d keep them readily available considering their popularity? Maybe I don’t know. Needless to say my husband who didn’t want to go got ice cream and I got nothin. I won’t go again…
I will never come here again. I ordered a cake online and called the location night before pickup to check on the cake and see if it was ready early. The guy on the phone told me yes and I can come get it. When I arrived nobody knew what I was talking about and hardly felt like they knew what my order was. They assured me that I can come by tomorrow to pick it up. First time to this location, the young lady was very polite and recommended items to us. Definitely will be back.
Every time I order they forget something don’t put toppings on what you ordered terrible service don’t know how it stays open!!
