My husband and I are waited patiently to be served ON HIS BIRTHDAY and the girl looked at us the entire time, then when a white lady walked in she asked her what she can get for her, even when the lady said she just walked in, and the worker smiled at us very pompously. WE WALLED OUT AND WILL NOT BE BACK. Glad we dodged a bullet!
Tried calling this location and the phone gives a disconnected signal. Horrible, and with the reviews im seeing hopefully my husband cake doesnt look like crap.
Employees are rude and act offended you dared to come in the store and then stare at you and ask if you are ready yet every 5 seconds while you're trying to look at the flavors. Annoying and not necessary, just train them in customer service or find some polite kids who actually are OK with being there and don't hate their job.
Allyssa and Joe were fantastic, I came to do work for them and they offered me ice cream, couldn’t have had a better experience
