Very disappointing services
They're supposed to open at 5am but when I got there a bit after 6am, the doors were closed
The WORST staff!! I was going to order a cake for my daughters birthday and they told me to come back when the manager is in. They told me that 4 times and I had to come in 4 days straight. The fourth time coming in they said she is still not in and they cant take my order and to buy a reg cake from their fridge, very very rude employees. Classless. You want a free drink with your rewards card? They're cleaning the machine. They can't offer you the free drink. You want to put money on your dunkin app? No credit card accepted. Cash only. You're classless. The only reason people go to you is for the convenience of location. Other than that.... I'd rather drive miles to get quality service. You're trash.
