Great little place with friendly staff.
Was craving baskin Robbins a few weeks ago and the guy looked annoyed that there were customers and they were "out" of almost everything. Figured ok, maybe a bad night so decided to give them another shot & they have no ice cream out. I realize the freezers need to be defrosted but it really should be done closer to closing.
Unhappy employee. Customers were not his priority. No hair net worn which is worrisome. They were out of their feature flavor and bananas and waffle cones. Too bad corporate is not supprong employees at the local level.
Basking Robbins 31flavors ice cream fans endured for decades. Today I found a whole new level of BR with Wild n Reckless Shetbet with blue raspberries, green apple and fruit punch flavors. Awesome. The little cakes are uniquely decorated like the one for 1-2 people either a small guitar. The larger ones serve 6-8. What a great idea to put serving sizes on the cakes. They don't answer their business phone. Had an issue with a Doordash delivery...missing one qt of ice cream. Not Doordash's fault. Cannot get anyone to respond to fix it.
