Cappy with jamocha ice cream is the way to go. The young lady in the drive through that opens the store is very nice.
Location sucks, hot fudge taste like old coffee drizzled on top, ice cream is freezer burnt and never has flavors in store
I’ve always had good experiences with this Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin’ location, and as the only Baskin-Robbins in Virginia Beach, I’ve come to expect reliable service.
