The night staff were very friendly. Nieces loved it.
Location is combined with a Dunkin Donuts. Ice cream apparently accounts for a tiny portion of the business. Ice cream tubs mislabeled, server didn't know what a waffle cone was, didn't know how to properly scoop, and the sugar cone was very stale. Very disappointing.
Worst staff ever
Walked in to get milkshakes and smoothies. None of the ice creams were labeled so we couldn’t tell what flavors were available. Asked the worker and they said “I don’t know what any of these flavors are but you can sample them”. Tried some and then were told the machines were broken for smoothies and milkshakes so we just left
