I went there at 7pm Wednesday July 8th and the ONLY person that was actually working with customers was the new girl. It was her first day. No one was training her. There were 4- 5 other employees there that were all busy closing. As the new girl struggled with the ice cream sundaes not knowing the portions but she was trying and I appreciate that very much so. I keep trying to go back thinking it isn't as bad as I remember, but it is. They often don't have waffle cones, today they did but it was so stale I spit it out. They had no hot fudge, no chocolate sauce, and barley any donuts. The staff are always nice but why can't I ever enjoy the ice cream there.
They supposedly was supposed to close at nine p m today it's saturday, april twenty fifth six thirty p m. The store was closed!
Stood in line over 15 minutes while the employees stood at the drive through window and the back part of the establishment super disappointed won't be returning to this location wouldn't recommend it to others either there were two other customers in the place it's not like they were busy
Paid 7$ for ice cream on a cone that was so old and stale I couldn't chew it.
