I was at this location, the two girls behind the counter were very rude.
Got a small ice cream today. The girl serving me was a trainee. She barely put a small scoop in the cup. I asked the person training her if the amount in the cup was correct as a gentle way to give her an opportunity to teach the trainee. She lied and said it was correct. I visited the store on 6/18/2025 at about 9:45PM with the kids, and asked for the $1.99 scoops. I was told that there was no $1.99 scoops, so I opened my App and showed it the staff. I was told that I have to order it online. I told the staff that the QR code can be scanned. I was told that the scanner has not been working ALL day, so I left the store without any ice cream.
