I placed an order through the Baskin Robbins' website. When I pulled in to pick it up, the cashier was unaware of my order, even though it was supposed to be ready at 10 (it was 2). Once she located it, she checked and they didn't have my item in stock. She offered me a different item but I explained that my sister wanted a specific flavor for her birthday, which is why I ordered it online in advance.
