Wouldn’t refund me for my cake that got ruined. Was completely melted off. Lady on the phone was very rude and didn’t seem to want to help, on my birthday!! Makes me very sad and wasted my money on this.
Weirdest experience ordering a hot fudge sundae. Ordered at the drive thru. Stated what & how I wanted it. When repeated back, they asked, "so you wanted a banana split, right?" I had to repeat. I haven't ordered a sundae in a while, but they always contained ice cream, hot fudge, nuts, whipped cream & cherries. I asked for extra fudge. I didn't get it. Would give zero "0" if I could. Out of cones, ice cream freezer burnt, and staff was rather rude.
