My mom and brother had birthdays coming up I ordered 2 cakes for their birthday celebration and when I went to pick them up they weren’t even made. I was told the baker only works one day a week. I had to scramble last minute Memorial Day weekend looking for cakes. I reached out to corporate who said someone from the shop would reach out. No one reached out. Reading the reviews on this place; they should shut down.
Given all the bad reviews we were betting if we'd even get a cake. But it was there and they were quick and helpful. It's missing the personalization message but that could have been an error on my part.
Never ever order a cake from here. Ordered one twice and both times I went to pick it up and they did not have it. Did not try to make it up or better just offered a refund. Terrible customer service and no accountability.
Ordered a cake online for my daughter's birthday. When picking up it was not made and they barely apologized. I had to scramble last minute for an event to get a cake somewhere. Horrible experience, will not be ordering again from them.
