All, well here I go again. I stopped at the Schertz Baskin Robbin’s to get a medium chocolate shake. The service was great, but based on the price I would recommend you go some place else. For a medium chocolate shake, it was $10.05. Yes, you can get a brownie sundae for less than a medium shake. The shake would have been $7.99 which isn’t great, but I can live with it, but I like it made with vanilla ice cream where they add a shot of chocolate syrup to it. I was overcharged at this location.When I asked for management,employees said they do not have management established at their location.Eventually I found a manager named nick, came to find out he was the franchise owner. Horrible manager could not and did not know how to fix a small issue.Thats very embarrassing for a brand like Baskin Robbin’s. Great place, we enjoy the ice cream. Both teenagers working there were very polite, I only have one name Carter. Thank you to both of the them for the good customer service.
I went into the ice cream shop Today, around 12:30 and purchased a quart of peanut butter ice cream, a lava shake, a large scoop of pistachio cream to go and a waffle cone to gone too. I get home and no waffle cone. I am leaving this review because this is the 2nd time this has happened at your store. The store was not busy so this should not have been missed. I will not be returning, 😟
