This is, without a doubt, the worst Baskin Robbins I’ve ever been to… and yet I keep coming back like it’s a toxic relationship I can’t let go of. At this point, it’s not even about the ice cream anymore—it’s about the experience. I walk in wondering, “How are they gonna disappoint me today?” And they deliver every time. Me and my wife bought 2 sundaes one with 3 scoops and the other with 2 scoops. They didn’t even fill 1/4 of the cup the scoops were so small I couldn’t believe it they must of used a teaspoon. I’ve had one scoop at other ice cream shops that were much more than these. A total rip off. It was filled with whip cream mostly.
This store since the move from West Hartford center has gone way downhill.. no decent pre packs available, the stand up freezer has been broken over a year or more... The service is good but not enough product available.. disappointed that my favorite flavor, not there ..
Poor customer service : no one answers the phone. I tried several days that it was supposedly open. AND no one answers at the national number !
