Never had a good experience here. Definitely need to update their hours on Google. 3rd time I have come during business hours according to Google and they have been closed

This has to be the most impressively mismanaged establishment I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. How is a Baskin-Robbins consistently out of ice cream, toppings and employees? That’s wild, but what really makes this place special is what they call customer service. They’ll gladly take your money, refuse refunds, ignore the phone when you call, and then give you attitude when they drop the ball and don’t have the items you want.
