Ordered a Sundae, waited 15 minutes. I asked about order, they said they weren’t sure if they had a banana. So if i hadn’t asked I guess they’d still be debating the existence of a banana. Then they asked how I ordered, I told them the kiosk. Poor Customer Service, Poor Communication and Terrible follow through by management. My daughter's boyfriend is still waiting on a credit to his account for a cake that was ordered online 08/04/25 but they were unable to make because they didn't have a decorator or any cakes. After he declined to wait until after the birthday celebration to pick up the cake, he was told they would look into a credit. I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give 0!!! My fiance goes here for 1 thing, and 1 thing only; a scoop of chocolate on a sugar cone. For 10 days now they've been telling us when we've stopped here "we haven't had a truck", "we don't have any ice cream". Today when she asked the gentleman working the drive thru "it's been well over a week. Can you tell me possibly when you'll have it back in"? The response she got was "I don't do the ordering. Only getting a 1 because I had to choses a star to review. Went in to get some icecream and they were out of 12 flavors!! what's going on? Clearly the owner doesn't care about the baskin Robin part of his business or those customers! Since the owner can't be bothered with the baskin Robin side I won't bother to visit the dunkin side.
Found - 1 BR with no chocolate flavor(s). Also out of 5 other flavors. Can’t sell from an empty store! Won’t be back.
