I will say, I absolutely absolutely love the cappuccino blast. It is very inconsistent, but as far as the customer service goes with this place, they do go above and beyond I have spoke to the owner of the franchise and the manager, which has turned this place around last summer last summer it was absolutely horrific. I don’t know if anybody remembers that, but as far as customer service goes, they are amazing. NOT GOOD SERVICE! choose another location.
Horrible service 3 times in a row. Each visit was the same. Stand there ready to order with no other customers in the store. Wait 5 plus minutes with out a greeting or acknowledgment that we're there. Finally order and they are "out of the ingredients ". No reason to go there again.
