The service here is terrible- they say nothing and look at you, don't even ask what you want or need. The staff move at a snails pace. They honestly looked stoned. I'll never ever go back to this store.

Staff is not good they are not helping the customers properly and not receiving customers properly i suggest not to come here better go to other basking robins

NOT OPEN UNTIL 9!!!! We went at 8:30 because they state they are open until 9 and only Dunkin Donuts was open. The whole Baskin Robbins side was shut down. Then, we were caught in the middle of 2 homeless people trying to kill each other outside the door. 10 homeless people just crowded all outside walking around. Terrible location.
