Second time we ordered for pick up and second time this has happened. Paid for a double scoop for the kids and I only to open up the bag and find this sad serving of ice cream for all of them. Better off going to cold stone and getting at least a full serving of ice cream.

Customer service SUCKS! Ordered by door dash and no spoons or napkins to eat with. Pre packed quart not a quarts worth. About an inch from the rim short. I paid for it, i want it, the whole quart! These young kids have no clue what a job is and no supervision or trainings. Shame on the franchise owner!!
Waffle cones were stale asked for a different one that one was also stale both employees working seemed like they were not happy to be there not a pleasant experience at all
