Not even sure a review makes a difference - I’m so disgusted with the service at this store. My favorite ice cream is Baseball Nut. I ask the girl, “where is it?” Her reply? “We got rid of it” GOT RID OF IT. Really? She proceeds to tell me baseball season is over. Really? I proceeded to tell her LA is playing the Diamondbacks as we speak. But “We got rid of it!!” Is that a way to speak to a customer about their favorite ice cream. We got rid of it. Very bad staff i got there for using restroom and they just make excuses for moping and they didn't let me go after 30 minutes to the moppe too so very bad staff
Orderd a Santa Claus ice cream cake as I have done for many years. When I picked it up it was half the size as before. The decorator told me it looks much bigger in the pictures. She apologized for size I am very disappointed.I had to buy another cake to feed all my family I feel like I was cheated
