"My recent visit to Baskin-Robbins left much to be desired. Upon ordering an Oreo shake and a nutty coconut scoop on a sugar cone, I found the shake to be disappointingly watery. When I politely asked for a remake, the staff member's dismissive response and eye-rolling demeanor were concerning. Despite addressing the issue, the employee denied any wrongdoing and proceeded to serve the ice cream in a cup instead of on a cone as requested.
