First and last time patronizing this location all in one visit. I went for the new Biscoff items and off rip the communication at the drive thru was spotty. When I got to the window to pay, I thought I was the employee and the employee was the customer for a brief second, as I greeted him with a smile, repeated my order, and said thank you when he held out the card reader—while he looked at me straight-faced, no smile, and appeared annoyed that I repeated my order. Horrible customer service. Went in for an ice cream and spent 7 minutes waiting on one of the three workers to even say hi to me. They got infront of me to serve cars that were coming in the drive thru but couldn't serve me even tho they had 2 people in the entire store that already had been served
Always the best!
Just sent me two scoops of vanilla...i ordered butter pecan and praline and cream with caramel topping... so disappointed and expensive
Only has 10 ice cream flavors.
