Horrible customer service, I ordered a love potion cappuccino blast at the drive-through. They never told me a total amount and didn’t give me a receipt. Also, they hand me the drink and ask if I need a straw and I said yes the employee then leaves the window and never comes back for approximately five minutes I honked three times and had to sit there as my drink is melting just to be able to drink it.

I'm only mad because I used to love going to this place. But now, they can't wait on people, the app doesn't work, and I pulled up tonight and the person at the box couldn't even understand what I was saying after I said it a few times. Loud and clear. She didn't even know what a chocolate fudge cappy was, and it's on their menu. You got a line wrapped around the building that doesn't move for almost an hour. This place needs to shut down or change. Like I literally don't even want to go back to this place, and it's my favor... read more
