I'm only mad because I used to love going to this place. But now, they can't wait on people, the app doesn't work, and I pulled up tonight and the person at the box couldn't even understand what I was saying after I said it a few times. Loud and clear. She didn't even know what a chocolate fudge cappy was, and it's on their menu. You got a line wrapped around the building that doesn't move for almost an hour. I don’t know who works at that location, but my friend ordered DoorDash and I could hear a lady yelling to not go near. The Door dasher said the lady would not give her the food.

Staff very rude doesn’t know any thing about customer service It’s first time and last time for me, my wife and my son to be here One of them even said bad words to me 3 young girls useless they talking with high voice with disrespect She was trying to give me an excuse that only both of them working only and one of them gonna go home Is that my business ?
