The worst! The Chinese girl here! She didn't understand us and we didn't understand her, she is very pushy and in rush, like it's 911 service not ice-cream! She asks "what do you need" 3 times per second, and when told her I want 1 scope of this... without letting me finish my sentence she put a scoop in a small cup, well I wanted to add more scoops in a cone!! For the second order, I asked for a medium cup, she put in a single cup! It's Ok to have language barrier, it's not ok to not listen to your customer and push them.

The cake I ordered was supposed to be in the shape of a beer glass as represented on the website/catalog. The cake was to be of the design illustrated on the website/catalog from Baskin Robbins and I even provided the employee, the cake code. I very clearly explained to the employee, when I placed the order that the only change was to have “Happy Birthday *name*” written on the cake instead of “Dad.” However, the cake I received was completely different in shape, colour and design.
