Nedas service was exceptional
I have been coming to this Baskin Robbins location over the years, and my experiences have been consistently positive. June 2023, I ordered a custom Ladybug ice cream cake with Rebecca. The cake turned out well, and Rebecca provided excellent customer service. June 2025, I ordered a custom Bumblebee ice cream cake with Brooklyn. Exceptional service.
Went to Baskin-Robbins today around 5:30 PM with a group of 4. The employee who attended us seemed annoyed because we were taking a little time deciding on flavors, and her attitude honestly made the experience uncomfortable. What disappointed me the most was noticing afterward that the scoop I received was much smaller than the one given to another couple right after us.
