This location never has the flavors listed on the website or on delivery services. They are slow and the last time we went through the drive through the employee was pretty rude about not having any of the listed flavors.
On line and on their sign at the Tyler location it shows they have the pumpkin cheesecake ice cream back and when I went to order it they stated they don’t have it they shouldn’t promote something they don’t have yet . very disappointed
My wife and I stopped by to get one scoop of ice cream in a cake cone and were shocked that they charge $.25 for a cake code. Plus on both of our cones, when we were biting into the cone, the top part of the cone just split off from the bottom part of the cone. When I inquired about how much a cup cost, I was told it cost $.25 also. When did Baskin-Robbins start charging for both a cup and a cake cone? On the Baskin Robbins website, it says B&R does not charge for a cake cone or a cup. So I’m guessing this is unique to Tyler... read more
Awful! Came to get a birthday cake and the whole freezer was empty. Last time I placed a special order for a cake they forgot it and someone had to drive to Kilgore to pick up from the location they’re made at. I asked why they have nothing in the freezer and they said they didn’t know. This place sucks and will be the last time we’re disappointed. Whoever owns this location needs to be more involved judging by the reviews.
