Ordered a cake two weeks ahead of time for my wife’s birthday. It was to have chocolate cake, which they messed up, and if that wasn’t enough the cake was remnant pieces not even a whole cake and was dry/stale. Thanks for ruining her birthday surprise.
The staff per usual aren't helpful. I drove 40 minutes to get something they didn't have disappointed again. Sad dd was my favorite. It's just too far to not be able to get things that are offered.

Went expecting 47 flavors but only had 12. Very disappointed. Maybe don’t advertise what you don’t have.
