Why is there no answer at the customer service 800 number? Why is there no answer at the corporate HQ 781 number? Why is there NEVER any answer from ANYONE, even the franchisee in Tyler, TX??????
Waited for 5 minutes inside without being acknowledged, never mind receiving service, as the employees took care of the drive through only. Love their ice cream but service at this location is horrible.
Placed my order and paid but was charged for the wrong order and they wanted to run my debit card twice. I requested a refund and left this location.

It was later in the evening and no one was around, so I ordered at the window. A double hot fudge sundae and a pup cup for my dog. I don't eat this often, it was hot outside and I wanted this sundae. She gave me the total and I was SHOCKED! The total was $8.04. For a double hot fudge sundae! And I was charged for the pup cup! No one does that!
