Awful! Came to get a birthday cake and the whole freezer was empty. Last time I placed a special order for a cake they forgot it and someone had to drive to Kilgore to pick up from the location they’re made at. I asked why they have nothing in the freezer and they said they didn’t know. This place sucks and will be the last time we’re disappointed. Whoever owns this location needs to be more involved judging by the reviews.
Horrible...it wasn't the Baskin Robbins I knew.....NEVER AGAIN
Ordered a cake two weeks ahead of time for my wife’s birthday. It was to have chocolate cake, which they messed up, and if that wasn’t enough the cake was remnant pieces not even a whole cake and was dry/stale. Thanks for ruining her birthday surprise.
