Placed my order and paid but was charged for the wrong order and they wanted to run my debit card twice. I requested a refund and left this location.

It was later in the evening and no one was around, so I ordered at the window. A double hot fudge sundae and a pup cup for my dog. I don't eat this often, it was hot outside and I wanted this sundae. She gave me the total and I was SHOCKED! The total was $8.04. For a double hot fudge sundae! And I was charged for the pup cup! No one does that! They got my order wrong and they left me a little present in my sandwich (hair) Idk if you can see it but it’s a blonde hair. I ordered a croissant btw.
My strawberry smoothie and vanila milkshake were excellent. variety of ice cream was amazing. was amazing experience at baskin in tyler.
