Their touch screen order tool is hard to use and doesn't reflect the actual inventory. They didn't have the flavor I ordered and didn't have waffle cones. I feel sorry for the staff

Why is there no answer at the customer service 800 number? Why is there no answer at the corporate HQ 781 number? Why is there NEVER any answer from ANYONE, even the franchisee in Tyler, TX??????
Waited for 5 minutes inside without being acknowledged, never mind receiving service, as the employees took care of the drive through only. Love their ice cream but service at this location is horrible.
