Workers are considerate and kind and doing their best, they didn't have an item to complete my Dubai Sunday (and looks like this location in particular had communication issues on how to execute the limited time event) but was understanding and performed great under the circumstances and made sure I was served with great care even though I reassured they were completely ok and they didn't have to be stressed over my order.
Milkshake sucked. Very milky, barely any ice cream. Very expensive for a terrible milkshake.
Lazy employees. Do not do a mobile order at this store. Instead of informing you they are out of a product they mark it as out of stock so that you can't get a substitute and your order has to be cancelled. You are not refunded right away, it can take up to a week. The simple solution to keep customers happy would be to tell the customer and let them pick a different flavor. Horrible experience! No Sugar cones! Ice Cream was very soft and melted quickly in the cones. Floors filthy, glass cases covered in finger prints. Ice cream from other carton dumped on top of newly opened containers and looked really disgusting! Booths full of crumbs and seats and backs smeared with food. I went there this past Saturday to pick up my sons ice cream polar pizza cake for his 18th birthday. I got there and grabbed the cake out of the freezer, got to my car and noticed it was melting everywhere! I opened the box and it was all melted and looked like a finger print in the center 🤮. I took the cake back inside and the girl said oh it said the pickup was 4 so we left it on the counter and forgot about it. I got there close to 5.
