I visited this location for the first time earlier this afternoon.(4/21). I paid for 2 scoops of butter pecan to eat later today. Put it in freezer, came back to eat it. I tasted my first spoonful and something tasted off about the ice cream & pieces of it stuck to the top of mouth. These pieces didn't melt. This ice cream was not fresh. Today I have visited 2 Baskin Robins inside DK looking for mangonada. One had an out of service machine the other was ok. The problem on both customer service. Is lacking
Why the actual heck do they close at 5pm... who does that..
I arrived at 4:48 and the doors were locked. The employees refused to let me inside to order.
Ordered a custom birthday cake for my brother’s party and it turned out just perfect. Excellent customer service and follow through, above and beyond.
