Worker denies the service of mixing a milkshake with more than one flavor. This is the 3rd time. First time they said you have to order a large (after ordering mediums, gee what a way to upsell.) the 2nd time they just flat out said we don’t do that, even though Baskin Robbin’s “encourages customers to create custom milkshakes by combining up to 31 flavors” employee always have an attitude after 5 o’clock. Workers have attitude for sure, profiling people when they first walk in and then acting insufferable. Paid for an ice cream and they never even put it in the bag, sadder if it was on purpose considering we didn't even say anything to them besides be polite.
Showed up at 10pm on Friday 3/7/25 and store was closed even though google shows hours until 11pm and the sign on their door shows midnight for Fridays.
