I am beyond frustrated with the service I received. I placed an order for a cookie cake on January 22 for my son’s 17th birthday on January 24, with a scheduled pickup for Saturday at 11:15 a.m. This was a time-sensitive order for a milestone birthday. I had a not amazing experience with an employee, but the manager absolutely went above and beyond. From taking accountability for the mistake to more than making it right. I will forever be loyal to this location purely because of the amazing manager Bri She obviously cares about her team and her guests and takes pride in the work she does. Absolutely amazing!
