I ordered my daughter's birthday cake online two days before her birthday and went to pick-up at the right time from this store. However, there was no cake or store workers! The people who was watching(?) the store just told me that they could not do anything nor give me refund. I had my daughter choose her favorite flavor and design for the first time instead of giving her a gift, because that was what she wanted.
