I requested no ice and was informed there would be an additional charge, which I accepted. Unfortunately, the drink did not justify the extra cost. Overall, a disappointing experience. I’d recommend considering another location.
Their cake is tasty, but I've had two different times where we'd order an ice-cream cake, only to receive a completely different one upon picking it up.
Morning shift employees are not smart; if you want to get a drink from them, come after 5 p.m. Otherwise, you're going to be crazy. They're disrespectful to the customers.
