A small store front but spacious and clean inside! Kaitlyn was very welcoming and made my order quickly. They had a note at the register to say they had very little change so paying with card is their preference. Not an issue for me anyways. I usually tap to pay. They had a nice selection of cakes ready made which is perfect for graduation season.

I went to this Baskin Robbins on 3/26/26. I was treated rudely in May 2025 here, but decided to go again since it's been 10 months. I was treated very badly this time. It started from the moment I waked in. I proceeded towards the restroom before ordering, but then recognized the employee who was rude to me last year, because even though I did nothing wrong she asked me "What are you doing?" in a rude tone. I stopped by on a Tuesday around 7:30 pm and had a really disappointing experience. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while the staff completely ignored me. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing at all. It honestly felt like I wasn’t even there. After waiting and not being acknowledged once, I ended up leaving. A simple hello or acknowledgment would have gone a long way.
