Very disappointed with my order. I ordered the No Sugar Added Salted Caramel Turtle through DoorDash, but I was given a completely different flavor that contains sugar. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the mistake until I was already halfway through eating it, so I had already consumed the sugar. The whole reason I ordered the no sugar added option was to avoid sugar, so this was extremely frustrating. trash employees with no customer service. trash employees hanging out after their shifts. making customers wait several mins while their employees hook up other off-duty employees. no integrity whatsoever. to the owner: when your business fails, you’ll know why.

Very disappointed with the customer service from the manager, Deb. We came in simply to order ice cream, were polite throughout the interaction, and were met with a rude, unfriendly attitude from the start. At first, we thought she might just be having a bad day, but this same behavior has happened on multiple visits. Every employee and especially the manager here are rude, always running out of every single flavor and think its okay TO HANDLE CASH AND THEN MAKE SERVE YOU ICE-CREAM CONES WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS

I’ve visited several times, and unfortunately the older woman with glasses is consistently rude. Today I witnessed her being especially rude to an Uber driver who appeared to have difficulty speaking English. Instead of being patient or trying to help, she made a scene and offered no assistance. Customer service and basic kindness go a long way, and it was disappointing to see someone treated that way.
