Last night I had a very bad experience and this is the 2nd time . The new guy who was on training were unable to answer my questions and he was very slow . The other young girl who was extremely rude. She was like walking around pretending she is taking drive through orders. If I could leave zero stars, I would. My husband and I walked in to order ice cream and a chocolate shake for our family around 6:15 on Sunday. Three employees were working and not a single one greeted or acknowledged our existence. Ordered our items on the kiosk. Still no employee talk to us. Had dinner and then anted ice creams so stopped by this Dunkin/Baskin and enjoyed a scoop with sundae. Surprised no hot fudge so had to make do with chocolate sauce. Also cookie dough. Nice evening so had them outside.
I guess we went at the right time because the guy working was great and the place was very clean! Ice cream was delicious of course!
I don't usually leave bad reviews, but the person who served me coughed in their ungloved hand and then tried to grab a cone with that same hand. I asked for a different cone, got a dirty look and at the end of it the cone was stale and the ice cream tasted weird.
