This shop sucks! This will be the last time I order from this location or from any Baskin-Robbins again! We ordered a birthday cake online online in advance, but when we arrived to pick it up, it looked nothing like the cake we paid for. To make matters worse, the customer service at this location was terrible. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience once again. #done!

I was disappointed with my visit, yesterday. The ice cream tasted fine, but the scoop sizes were extremely small for the price. At over $5 per scoop, I expected a much more generous serving. The portion I received did not feel like good value for the money. Unfortunately, this experience left me dissatisfied, and I would hesitate to return.
My bf and I drove 20 mins to get a tub of Jamoca ice cream and the employee told us “We’re not doing ice cream at this time”. It would make sense if they ran out as Jamoca is a very popular flavor that is often out at other locations. But when he asked the employee why they weren’t doing ice cream (which is already a large part of the menu) all we got was a giggle and an “I don’t know” from her.
