Waited 20 minutes to get 1 scoop of ice cream
Didn't even get to order. Went through drive-thru asked what flavors they had which they couldn't tell me. So I went inside to look at the flavors and they told me that I have to pay before I can look at the flavors and when I tried to order they wouldn't accept my tap to pay because they're not supposed to touch the phones and told me to order it on the mobile app. They need a fully new training. Cleanliness could be a lot better but overall the customer service is great.
Twice in two week period I've gone there for a strawberry sundae and they've had no strawberry sauce. I'm done wasting my time with this place.
