I ordered a double scoop ice cream cone. Seconds after having it handed to me (not even out of the drive thru parking lot yet) the melting ice cream completely fell off onto my shirt and car upholstery. I picked it up and put it into an empty lunch container I had in my car, and drove back around to the drive through. I requested a refund and when passive aggressively asked why, I stated the ice cream was melting and fell apart all over my car.
