This store is an absolute disgrace. I went in there because I was really looking forward to a good old-fashioned real ce cream banana split sunday. The worker was exceedingly kind, friendly and honest, I could tell before they even said anything that they had almost no ice cream and the tubs that were there were old and almost empty. They were selling coffee through the Dunkin drive through, but I stood there for over 5 minutes before I was even noticed. The worker was very polite. I waited in the lobby for what seemed like forever just for the employees not to even acknowledge me. I left. Plus one of the employees keeps sneezing and coughing. Don’t waist your time patronizing this location. They do not want your business!

I would give zero stars If I could. It took forever for the guy to make one two scoop sundae. And, when I did get it, it was messy and sloppy with chocolate fudge squished out of the sides, no whipped cream, no cherry. When I ask about the whipped cream and cherry, the guy looked at me confused and I told him the whipped cream and cherry comes on the sundae. He looked at the messy sundae and knew he couldn't fit whipped cream and cherry on it and asked me would I mind if I didn't have a top on it. I told him that was okay an... read more
