Okay I don't know how to say this anymore politely other than the fact that people that are working here at this is this particular Baskin-Robbins seem to act as though they forgotten the rule of go to work first and then eat the edible! All I wanted was two scoops of ice cream with some chocolate sauce on top and the girl was like oh well no and I'm not sure No I don't think we have any of that No and then the guy was equally bad He's like we don't have anything to make that with. Staff is rude and unprofessional
They gave me peanut butter ice cream (I’m allergic) when the label said chocolate chip cookie dough. I was nice about it, and the manager did not apologize or offer me a refund.
For a ice cream place to never have chocolate ice cream is mind boggling if I could give 0 stars I would because where is my chocolate ice cream respectfully
The worst!!!
