They gave me peanut butter ice cream (I’m allergic) when the label said chocolate chip cookie dough. I was nice about it, and the manager did not apologize or offer me a refund.
For a ice cream place to never have chocolate ice cream is mind boggling if I could give 0 stars I would because where is my chocolate ice cream respectfully
The worst!!!
Out of ice cream cups lids out of hot caramel and chocolate. Ice cream was melted no taste. Servers were very friendly will not return again
Employees are idle, inept, and slow as can be. They have zero expediency.
