Everything I ordered came wrong. And I was missing half my order.
Extremely disappointed today with the service at this location on [04/30 at 12.30 Pm]. The employee working (Teenage Girl) at the counter was incredibly rude and dismissive. If people are just walking to the store doesn't mean they don't have money in their pocket. I been going to this store from 3 months regularly and never had any issue with anyone. Not just her all of the crew except the dude today treated us like we are homeless. I asked her for the water added to my order she was like ohh you have money you have to pay ... read more
Very rude and unprofessional workers. Need to be fired.
One scoop of ice cream and almost $10 for 2 of these!!!!! 🤬 I only got these cuz they were out of the waffle cones! Some bullshit 🙄
Service was awful. Placed a mobile order, recieved confirmation email with order details, was charged for the service and the worker insisted our order did not go through. Went back the following night and different workers were adamant they could not make our ice cream we paid for and didn’t recieve, or give us a refund. Ridiculous!
